Delicious as a sandwich spread, mix 1 TB. with 1 TB. water and then add 1/4 Cup sour cream and 1/4 Cup mayonnaise plus 1 TB. balsamic vinegar. Extra tasty on roast beef and grilled red bell pepper sandwiches.
Easy salad dressing: Mix 2 TB. with 2 TB. water, then combine with 1/2 Cup olive oil and 1/4 cup red wine vinegar with an optional 1 TB. Dijon mustard. OR use 1/2 Cup mayonnaise or sour cream in place of the olive oil for creamy dressing.
Use in place of garlic salt in every recipe.
Hand-mixed from: coarse salt, garlic, black pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme and marjoram.
