Cook it slow or fast, on the grill or in the oven, gas or charcoal, it’s all good. Brush boneless/skinless chicken breasts with olive oil and 1-2 tsp. BBQ 3000 per pound, grill over direct medium-high heat 3-5 minutes per side, covered.
