Pink Peppercorns

Originally only from the French island of Reunion, now from Brazil. These pink berries add a touch of color and a rich, sweet flavor to almost any dish. ?Unlike the black, white and green, the pink really aren’t peppercorns at all ¨C but are the fruit of a tree related to the cashew family. ?They’re called peppercorns because of their size and flavor. ?Wonderful in almost anything – from poultry to vegetables and fish.
